You know, think of the people who answer those customer service lines. I can’t truly imagine the prim and proper, virginal, saint like people of the world actually TAKING the job of customer Service Rep (CSR). Especially as an online CSR. In all honesty, these people deal with morons all day. I bet you really brightened their day. Honestly! Can you imagine the conversation in the break area? “Man, you should see what I just got… Dildo? mom? Bwa ha ha hah ” It sure beats the hell out of someone griping at them for poor service and blaming them for it. I have a friend who takes prescriptions by phone, and all of her best stories were like THESE. A distant cousin is also a phone CSR and LOVES crank calls. Keep up the good work.
